2013–14 UNLV Runnin' Rebels Basketball Team
The 2013–14 UNLV Runnin' Rebels basketball team represented the University of Nevada, Las Vegas during the 2013–14 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The team was coached by Dave Rice, in his third year with the Runnin' Rebels. They played their home games at the Thomas & Mack Center on UNLV's main campus in Paradise, Nevada and were a member of the Mountain West Conference. They finished the season 20–13, 10–8 in Mountain West play to finish in a tie for third place. They advanced to the semifinals of the Mountain West Conference tournament to San Diego State. They did not play in a postseason tournament for the first time since 2009. Dave Rice (basketball)
David Wayne Rice (born August 29, 1968) is an American college basketball coach for Salt Lake Community College. He is also the former head men's basketball coach at UNLV where he ranks as the program's third-winningest coach. He spent the 2016-2017 season as an assistant coach at the University of Nevada, Reno, and an assistant coach at the University of Washington for three seasons (2017–2021). Rice has served as a Division I assistant coach for 22 seasons. His first 11 seasons as a college assistant he spent at UNLV with those teams tallying 205 wins during thatime  In his most recent 11 seasons as an assistant coach, Rice has worked at Utah State, BYU, Nevada and Washington. Mike Moser
Michael Alexander Moser (pronounced MOH-zer; born November 8, 1990) is an American retired professional basketball player who is currently an assistant coach for the Houston Rockets of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He played college basketball for the University of Oregon as a senior. Moser was an All-American player at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) before transferring to Oregon in 2013.
