2013–14 Old Dominion Monarchs Men's Basketball Team
The 2013–14 Old Dominion Monarchs men's basketball team represented Old Dominion University during the 2013–14 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Monarchs, led by first year head coach Jeff Jones, played their home games at Ted Constant Convocation Center and were first year members of the Conference USA. They finished the season 18–18, 9–7 in C-USA play to finish in sixth place. They advanced to the quarterfinals of the C-USA tournament to Middle Tennessee. They were invited to the College Basketball Invitational where they defeated South Dakota State and Radford to advance to the semifinals where they lost to Fresno State. 2012–13 Old Dominion Monarchs Basketball Team
The 2012–13 Old Dominion Monarchs basketball team represented Old Dominion University during the 2012–13 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Monarchs, led by 12th year head coach Blaine Taylor, played their home games at Ted Constant Convocation Center and were members of the Colonial Athletic Association. This was their final season as a member of the CAA as they will join Conference USA in July 2013. As a result of the conference change, the Monarchs were not eligible to participate in the 2013 CAA men's basketball tournament. After a 2–20 start to the season, head coach Blaine Taylor was fired. Assistant coach Jim Corrigan was named the Monarchs interim head coach for the remainder of the season. They finished the season 5–25, 3–15 in CAA play to finish in last place. Trey Freeman
James H. "Trey" Freeman III (born October 12, 1992) is an American professional basketball player for Šibenka of the Croatian League. He played college basketball for Old Dominion University and Campbell University. High school career Freeman attended Floyd E. Kellam High School where he averaged 20 points, 5.1 rebounds, 4.8 assists and 1.9 steals per game while shooting 60.5 percent from the field, 49.1 percent from 3-point territory as a senior, leading the Knights to the Beach District regular season and tournament championships with a 27–0 record. For his efforts, he was named Beach District Player of the Year and first-team all-district as well as to the Virginian-Pilot All-Tidewater First Team. The Paideia School () is a private independent school in the Druid Hills neighborhood of Atlanta, Georgia, United States. It enrolls children ages 3 through 18. History In November 1970, when there was a rush among southern communities to open segregation academies to fight federally mandated integration of the public schools, a group got together to found a less-segregated private school.
