2013–14 Mid-American Conference Men's Basketball Season
The 2013–14 Mid-American Conference men's basketball season began with practices in October 2013, followed by the start of the 2013–14 NCAA Division I men's basketball season in November. Conference play began in January 2014 and concluded in March 2014. Western Michigan and Toledo shared the regular season title with a conference record of 14–4. Top-seeded Western Michigan defeated Toledo in the MAC tournament final and represented the MAC in the NCAA tournament where they lost to Syracuse. Preseason awards The preseason poll and league awards were announced by the league office on October 29, 2013. 2013–14 Miami RedHawks Men's Basketball Team
The 2013–14 Miami RedHawks men's basketball team represented Miami University during the 2013–14 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The RedHawks, led by second-year head coach John Cooper (basketball), John Cooper, played their home games at Millett Hall in Oxford, Ohio as members of the East Division of the Mid-American Conference (MAC). Maurice Ndour
Maurice Daly Ndour (born June 18, 1992) is a Senegalese professional basketball player for Pallacanestro Brescia of the Lega Basket Serie A (LBA). He played college basketball for the Ohio Bobcats and has represented the Senegalese national team, where he participated in the 2014 FIBA Basketball World Cup. Early life Ndour, a Senegalese native, was born in Sindia and raised in M'Bour where he played soccer and basketball as a youth. During his teenage years, he was noticed playing in a local basketball tournament and was asked if he'd like to play high school basketball in Japan.
