Botola
The Botola Pro (), officially known as the Botola Pro Inwi for sponsorship reasons, is a professional association football league in Morocco and the top tier of the Moroccan football league system. Organized by the Ligue Nationale de Football Professionnel (LNFP), under the authority of the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF), the league features 16 clubs and operates on a system of promotion and relegation with Botola 2. The Botola Pro season runs from August to May, with each of the 16 teams playing 30 matches (facing every other team twice, once at home and once away), totaling 240 matches per season. Most games are scheduled for Saturday and Sunday afternoons, while others are played on weekday evenings. The league is currently sponsored by Inwi. From 2015 to 2019, it was known as Botola Maroc Telecom due to its previous sponsorship agreement with Maroc Telecom. The Moroccan Throne Cup or the Throne Cup () is a Single-elimination tournament, knockout Association football, football tournament in Football in Morocco, Moroccan football, organized by the Royal Moroccan Football Federation.The first club to win this cup was Mouloudia Oujda. Since the inception of the cup, the system has been one-match, but this system has been modified back and forth. The Throne Cup champion qualifies directly to the CAF Confederation Cup, but if the cup champion is the same as the league champion in that season or a participant in the CAF Champions League, the club that played the final is the one that compensates the winner in the external competition. Chabab Rif Al-Hoceima, also referred to as CRA, is a Moroccan football club based in Al Hoceima, a Riffian city in northern Morocco. The club was founded in 1953 and is best known for their 2010 promotion to the Botola Pro, the top tier league in Moroccan football league system. Raja Beni Mellal is a Moroccan football club currently playing in the second division Botola 2. The club was founded in 1956 and is based in the city of Beni Mellal. History Raja Beni Mellal was founded in 1956 by Monsieur Abdellatif Mesfioui after the alliance of a set of clubs of the city of Beni Mellal they included the Ittihad Al Mellali et La Mouloudia.
