2013 IWBF Men's European Championship
The 2013 IWBF Men's European Championship was the 21st edition of the European Wheelchair Basketball Championship held in Frankfurt, Germany from 27 June to 8 July 2013. Nations ranked 1 to 7 are qualified for participation at the 2014 World Championship in Incheon, South Korea. Squads Each of the 12 teams selected a squad of 12 players for the tournament. Athletes are given an eight-level-score specific to wheelchair basketball, ranging from 0.5 to 4.5. Lower scores represent a higher degree of disabilityWheelchair Basketball

Özgür Gürbulak
Özgür Gürbulak (born 30 April 1981) is a Turkish wheelchair basketball player and Paralympian. He is a 4 point player competing for Galatasaray Wheelchair Basketball Team, Galatasaray Wheelchair Basketball, and is part of Turkey men's national wheelchair basketball team. Özgür played in the national team, which qualified to the Turkey at the 2012 Summer Paralympics, 2012 Summer Olympics. Alejandro Zarzuela Beltrán (born 2 April 1987) is a Spanish 3 point wheelchair basketball player. He has represented Spain as a member of the national team at the 2012 Summer Paralympics and at the U-23 European Championships. As a club wheelchair basketball player in Spain, he has played all but two seasons on the same team with his twin brother, Pablo.
