The 2013 Banca dell’Adriatico Tennis Cup was a professional tennis tournament played on clay courts. It was the ninth edition of the tournament which was part of the 2013 ATP Challenger Tour. Potito Starace (; born 14 July 1981) is an Italian former professional tennis player on the ATP Tour. He achieved a career-high singles ranking of world no. 27 on October 15, 2007. He was a clay court specialist, and was coached by Umberto Rianna. Starace was banned from tennis for life by the Italian Tennis Federation and by the Tennis Integrity Unit for betting offences.
