2012–13 Milton Keynes Dons F.C. Season
The 2012–13 season was Milton Keynes Dons' ninth season in their existence as a professional association football club, and their fifth consecutive season competing in League One. As well as competing in League One, the club also competed in the FA Cup, League Cup and League Trophy. The season covers the period from 1 July 2012 to 30 June 2013. Milton Keynes Dons
Milton Keynes Dons Football Club, usually abbreviated to MK Dons, is a professional association football club based in Milton Keynes, Buckinghamshire, England. The team competes in EFL League Two, the fourth level of the English football league system. The club was founded in 2004, following Wimbledon F.C.'s controversial relocation to Milton Keynes from south London, when it adopted its present name, badge and home colours. Initially based at the National Hockey Stadium, the club competed as Milton Keynes Dons from the start of the 2004–05 season. The club moved to their current ground, Stadium MK, for the 2007–08 season, in which they won the League Two title and the Football League Trophy. Charles Lea MacDonald (born 13 February 1981) is an English Association football, footballer who last played for Barking F.C., Barking. Football career Early career MacDonald played for the Millwall F.C., Millwall youth team before joining Charlton Athletic F.C., Charlton Athletic as a trainee, turning professional in August 1998. Luke Harry Chadwick (born 18 November 1980) is an English former professional footballer who played as a midfielder. Chadwick began his career at Manchester United where he made 25 Premier League appearances in four seasons. While at Old Trafford he spent time out on loan at Reading and Burnley before joining West Ham United on a permanent basis in the summer of 2004. A year later, he joined Stoke City on loan before making the move permanent in January 2006. He remained at Stoke until November 2006 making 55 appearances before joining Norwich City. Daniel Vendrys Powell (born 12 March 1991) is an English professional footballer who plays as a winger or a striker. Powell started his career with Milton Keynes Dons, and made his first-team debut aged 17 in 2008. He had loan spells with Crawley Town, Forest Green Rovers and Darlington. In both 2010–11 (during which he scored 10 goals) and 2011–12 (11 goals), he helped Milton Keynes Dons reach the play-offs. Darren Michael Potter (born 21 December 1984) is a football coach and former player who is a coach at club Milton Keynes Dons. A midfielder, he made 502 league and cup appearances in a 16-year career in the Premier League and English Football League. Born in England, he won five caps for the Republic of Ireland. Potter began his career at Liverpool, making his senior debut in a UEFA Champions League qualifier in August 2004 in the first of his three appearances in that season's competition, which Liverpool would eventually win.
