Benjamin John Hamer (; born 20 November 1987) is an English professional footballer who plays as a goalkeeper for club Sheffield Wednesday. He will become a free agent on 30 June 2025. Career Early career Hamer was born in Chard, Somerset, and is a Bristol City fan. His family moved to Germany at the age of 3 and, consequently, he is a fluent German speaker. However, when he was 8, his family came back to England. He attended Holyrood Community School in Chard which is near to his birthplace. Yado Massaya Mambo (born 22 October 1991) is an English footballer who plays as a defender for Hampton & Richmond Borough. He started his career at Charlton Athletic for whom he featured in a number of cup matches, and also spent time on loan in the Football League for AFC Wimbledon and Shrewsbury Town in 2012/13 season. Gary Michael Thomas Doherty (born 31 January 1980) is an Irish former professional footballer who played as a defender, having previously also played as a forward. He gained international honours for the Republic of Ireland. Daniel Richard Green (born 9 July 1988) is an English semi-professional footballer and coach who last played as a right winger for club Concord Rangers. Green spent his youth with Charlton Athletic and Northampton Town, before he joined Nottingham Forest in 2004.
