In the 2011 in Swedish football, 2011 season, Djurgårdens IF Fotboll, Djurgårdens IF competes in the Allsvenskan and Svenska Cupen. Lennart Wass and Carlos Banda (footballer, born 1978), Carlos Banda were contracted as coaches. On 3 May, after only taking 1 out of 18 points, Djurgården sacked Lennart Wass and contracted Magnus Pehrsson as manager. Banda is still left and co-manages the team with Pehrsson. Sports director Stefan Alvén chose to leave the club on 4 May after responding to threats from angry supporters on him and his family. Djurgårdens IF Fotbollsförening – commonly known as Djurgårdens IF, Djurgården Fotboll (official name), Djurgården (), and (especially locally) Djurgår'n (), Dif or DIF – is a Swedish professional men's association football department of its parent association Djurgårdens IF. Jani Pekka Lyyski (born 16 March 1983) is a Finnish former professional footballer who represented IFK Mariehamn, VPS, Djurgården, and the Finland national team, leading IFK Mariehamn to the 2016 Veikkausliiga win as their captain. Club career Early years and IFK Mariehamn Born on Åland, Lyyski started his football career in IFK Mariehamn. During 2000 and 2001, he resided in Stockholm and played with Spånga IS and youth football with Brommapojkarna. Nicolaj Moesgaard Agger (; born 23 October 1988) is a Danish retired footballer who played as a forward. He is cousin to former international Daniel Agger. Peter Nymann Mikkelsen (born 22 August 1982) is a Danish professional footballer. Nymann is known for his explosive pace and precision crossing. Club career SønderjyskE Before joining SønderjyskE, Nymann played for B.93. He joined SønderjyskE in the summer 2004 at the age of 21. Pa Dembo Touray (born 31 March 1980,), is the goalkeeper coach of Prespa Birlik. He is a former Gambian football goalkeeper and national team player for Gambia. Kebba Ceesay (born 14 November 1987) is a Gambian former professional footballer who played as a defender. He also holds Swedish nationality.
