2010–11 US Lecce Season
The 2010–11 season was Lecce's 102nd in existence. Lecce returned to the top flight of Italian football, for the first time since the 2005–06 season after completing the 2009–10 Serie B season in first place. Pre-season and friendlies Lecce began a pre-season training camp in Tarvisio on July 15. 1 45 minute matches played during "Memorial Gaetano Michetti". Serie A Lecce will return to Serie A action on August 29. They will start the season away to Milan. Luigi De Canio
Luigi "Gigi" De Canio (born 26 September 1957) is an Italian association football, football manager and a former player who played as a Defender (association football)#Full-back, full-back. Career Player De Canio, a Defender (football)#Full-back, full back, played mostly with Serie C1 and Serie C2 teams, his lone season in Serie B being 1979–80 with F.C. Bryan Bergougnoux
Bryan Bergougnoux (; born 12 January 1983) is a French professional football manager and former player. As a player, he was a midfielder. Club career Born in Lyon, Bergougnoux began his career at his hometown club Lyon, where he was formed at a young age. His debut for the club came in a 2–0 defeat to Lens on 28 July 2001. Ignacio Alberto Piatti (born 4 February 1985) is an Argentine former professional footballer who played as a winger. Club career Piatti has played professional football in Europe with Saint-Étienne and Lecce. In his native Argentina, he has played for Chacarita Juniors, Gimnasia LP, and Independiente. Edward Ofere (born 28 March 1986) is a Nigerian footballer who plays as a striker for FC Trelleborg in Division 3 Södra Götaland. He made three appearances for the Nigeria U-23 in 2009. Simone Sini (born 9 April 1992) is an Italian footballer who plays as a centre back for Serie D club Chieti. Club career Roma Sini joined Lecce on a season-long loan deal with the option for Lecce to co-own the player at the end of the season for €1 million. Alberto Giuliatto (born 17 September 1983) is an Italian former football player who played as a left defender for Italian third division club Venezia, on loan from Parma F.C.
