2010–11 Ivy League Men's Basketball Season
The 2010–11 Ivy League men's basketball season marks the continuation of the annual tradition of competitive basketball among Ivy League members that began when the league was formed during the 1956–57 NCAA University Division men's basketball season, 1956–57 season, continuing from the predecessor Eastern Intercollegiate Basketball League, which was formed in 1902. Following the annual 14-game Round-robin tournament, round robin home & home schedule, 2010–11 Harvard Crimson men's basketball team, Harvard and 2010–11 Princeton Tigers men's basketball team, Princeton tied as co-champion. In the United States, the Coaches Poll is a weekly ranking of the top 25 NCAA Division I (NCAA), Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) college football, Division I (NCAA), Division I college basketball, and Division I college baseball teams. Jerome Byron Allen (born January 28, 1973) is an American former professional basketball player and college head coach. He is the former head coach for the University of Pennsylvania men's basketball team, until resigning after the 2014–15 season. Paul Cormier (born June 3, 1951) is currently the Chief of Staff for UMass men's basketball. He is the former head men's basketball coach at Dartmouth College. Recently, Cormier was an advance pro scout for the Golden State Warriors during the 2009–10 season and New Jersey Nets during the 2007–08 and 2008–09 NBA seasons. Previously, he was an assistant coach for the Memphis Grizzlies during the 2006–07 NBA season. Bill Courtney (born May 4, 1970) is an American college basketball coach who is currently an assistant coach at the University of Miami. He was previously the former head men's basketball coach at Cornell and interim head coach for Miami during the 2024–25 season.
