The 2008–09 Rain or Shine Elasto Painters season was the 3rd season of the franchise in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The team's notable move was drafting their future star Gabe Norwood of George Mason University. The team also drafted La Salle point guard TY Tang. They also traded the last year's first pick Joe Devance to Alaska Aces for Sol Mercado and Eddie Laure. Carlos Jose "Caloy" Garcia is a Filipinos, Filipino professional basketball coach and former TV host. He is an assistant coach for the Rain or Shine Elasto Painters of the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) and the De La Salle Green Archers basketball, De La Salle Green Archers (UAAP) Early life Caloy Garcia was born to a Spanish father who is from Malaga, Spain, Malaga and a Filipino mother. The San Miguel Beermen are a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Barako Bull Energy Boosters
The Barako Bull Energy Boosters were a professional basketball team of the Philippine Basketball Association owned by the Photokina Marketing Corporation. They entered the league in 2000, after a successful stint in the semi-professional Philippine Basketball League during the late 1990s. Under the name Agfa Color, the team won a championship in 1996. It was originally known as the Red Bull Barako before the team announced its name change. Barako Bull has won two Commissioner's Cups, in 2001 and in 2002 and the 2006 Fiesta Conference. Barako Bull Energy
The Barako Bull Energy were a Philippine Basketball Association that began in 2002 as the FedEx Express. From its first season until 2005, the team was dubbed as the FedEx Express before changing to Air21 Express. From the 2009 PBA Fiesta Conference until the 2009–10 PBA Philippine Cup, it became known as the Burger King Titans.
