2008–09 Oregon State Beavers Men's Basketball Team
The 2008–09 Oregon State Beavers men's basketball team represented Oregon State University in National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I men's basketball during the 2008–09 season. Playing in the Pacific-10 Conference (Pac-10) and led by first-year head coach Craig Robinson, the Beavers finished the season with a 18–18 overall record and won the 2009 College Basketball Invitational. It was Oregon State's first-ever postseason tournament championship. Their 12-win improvement over the previous season was the third-highest turnaround in in 2008–09. In Pac-10 play, the Beavers finished in eighth place with a 7–11 record. They lost in the first round of the 2009 Pac-10 tournament to Stanford, 62–54. Craig Robinson (basketball)
Craig Malcolm Robinson (born April 21, 1962) is an American college basketball coach, basketball executive, and broadcaster. He is a former head men's basketball coach at Oregon State University and Brown University. He was a star forward as a player at Princeton University in the early 1980s and a bond trader during the 1990s. He currently is the executive director of the National Association of Basketball Coaches. He is the brother of former First Lady Michelle Obama and brother-in-law of 44th President of the United States Barack Obama. Clackamas Community College (CCC) is a public community college in Oregon City, Oregon. Founded in 1966, it is one of the largest community colleges in the state of Oregon. Mineral Area College
Mineral Area College is a Public college, public junior college in Park Hills, Missouri. Students can participate in the 2+2 programs offered on campus by Central Methodist University or University of Missouri-St. Louis. The college enrolled 2,640 students in 2019. History Founded in 1922 as Flat River Junior College, the original college was created by the Flat River Board of Education to train teachers and offer two year college education to graduating high school students. Gerrit Rietveld College
The Gerrit Rietveld College is a high school in Utrecht, Netherlands, The Netherlands. Around 1.250 students are educated at the school. The school is named after the Dutch architect Gerrit Rietveld. The following Dutch education levels are offered at the school: Gymnasium, atheneum, havo and mavo. History The Gerrit Rietveld College is the product of a merge between College De Klop and College Blaucapel in 2005. The school building from College De Klop was demolished and a new neighbourhood was built on the area. The new merged school was housed in the building of College Blaucapel for 10 years.
