Helton da Silva Arruda (born 18 May 1978), known simply as Helton, is a Brazilian former Association football, footballer who played as a Goalkeeper (association football), goalkeeper. After starting out at CR Vasco da Gama, Vasco da Gama he went on to spend his professional career in Portugal, representing U.D. Mariano Nicolás González (born 5 May 1981) is a retired Argentine professional footballer who played as an attacking midfielder or as a winger. Club career Born in Tandil, Buenos Aires Province, González started his career at Racing Club de Avellaneda, arriving at 17 from neighbouring Club Atlético Independiente. Cristian Gabriel Rodríguez Barrotti (; born 30 September 1985) is a Uruguayan former professional footballer who played as a winger. Nelson Fabián Benítez (born 24 May 1984) is an Argentine football left-back who plays for Torneo Federal A side Ferro Carril Oeste. The Portugal national under-21 football team is the national under-21 football team of Portugal and is controlled by the Portuguese Football Federation (FPF). They are nicknamed ''"Esperanças."'' ''Esperança'' means hope, thus they are Portugal's hopes for the future. Following the realignment of UEFA's youth competitions in 1976, the Portuguese under-21 team was formed. Until 1994, the team had a rather poor record, failing to qualify for each of the first eight UEFA under-21 Championships.
