The 2008–09 Boston College Eagles men's basketball team represented Boston College in the 2008–09 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. In 2007–08, they went 14–17 (4–12 ACC). The Eagles were led by twelfth-year head coach Al Skinner, played their games at the Conte Forum, and were members of the Atlantic Coast Conference. Al Skinner
Albert Lee Skinner Jr. (born June 16, 1952) is an American men's college basketball head coach and a former collegiate and professional basketball player. He was formerly the head coach of the Boston College Eagles men's basketball team and was then an assistant at Bryant University before becoming the head coach of Kennesaw State University in 2015. Playing career College Skinner played at the University of Massachusetts. While on the freshman team in the 1970–71 season, the varsity team was led by Julius Erving, in what would be Erving's final season in college. (Skinner and Erving would later play together professionally.) Skinner was also a teammate of Rick Pitino. Skinner scored 1,235 points in his three years on the varsity squad. Lake Highlands High School (LHHS) is a secondary school serving grades 9–12 in the Lake Highlands area of northeastern Dallas, Texas, United States, primarily serving the Lake Highlands community. The school is part of the Richardson Independent School District and is in central Lake Highlands near the DART Blue Line. Saginaw High School
Saginaw High School (formerly part of the Saginaw City School District) was a high school located in Saginaw, Michigan, USA. The student enrollment was 405 at time of closing. History The school was established in 1865 as East Side High School. Alice Freeman Palmer, who later became President of Wellesley College, was principal of the school from 1877 to 1879. In early 2014, a proposal suggested closing the school due to financial issues, although this would not go through. Rakim Sanders (born July 8, 1989) is an American former professional basketball player. He played college basketball with the Boston College Eagles for three seasons, and with the Fairfield Stags, for one season. At a height of tall, he played at both the shooting guard and small forward positions, with small forward being his main position.
