2007–08 Xavier Musketeers Men's Basketball Team
The 2007–08 Xavier Musketeers men's basketball team represented Xavier University (Cincinnati), Xavier University in the 2007–08 NCAA Division I men's basketball season, 2007–08 college basketball season. They were led by head coach Sean Miller in his fourth season at Xavier. The Musketeers were members of the Atlantic 10 Conference and played their home games at the Cintas Center. Xavier finished the season with a record of 30–7, 14–2 in A-10 play to win the regular season championship. The Musketeers lost in the semifinals of the 2008 Atlantic 10 men's basketball tournament, A-10 tournament to 2007–08 Saint Joseph's Hawks men's basketball team, Saint Joseph's. Sean Miller
Sean Edward Miller (born November 17, 1968) is an American college basketball coach who currently serves as head coach at the Texas Longhorns men's basketball, University of Texas at Austin. He previously served as head coach at the Arizona Wildcats men's basketball, University of Arizona from 2009 to 2021 and Xavier Musketeers men's basketball, Xavier University from 2004 to 2009 and then again from 2022 to 2025. Miller is a three-time gold medalist as a member of United States men's national basketball team, USA Basketball: once as a player, once as an assistant coach, and once as head coach. Miller has won five league Coach of the Year Awards: once in the Atlantic 10 Conference, A10, three in the Pac-12 Conference, Pac-12, and once as USA Basketball Coach of the Year. Brookhaven High School (Columbus, Ohio)
Brookhaven High School was a public high school located on the northeast side of Columbus, Ohio, United States. The school was a part of the Columbus City Schools system and opened in 1963. The school colors were navy blue and gold and the school nickname was the Bearcats. Since 2004, the school had been participating in the Small schools movement. Brookhaven was divided into three small schools: Leadership, North Star, and Legacy. Plans for creating a middle school were announced many years before its closing but were never finalized. After a decision made by the Columbus City Schools District, they announced that Brookhaven would be shut down by the end of the 2013-14 year due to declining population. Bethel High School is a public high school located in the northwestern section of Hampton, Virginia, United States. Bethel is the third of four public high schools in Hampton City Schools along with Kecoughtan, Hampton, and Phoebus. History Bethel High School was built in 1968 to handle the overflow of Hampton High School and Kecoughtan High School students. Bishop Byrne High School was a private, Roman Catholic high school in Memphis, Tennessee. It was located in the Roman Catholic Diocese of Memphis. Background Bishop Byrne was established in 1965 to serve students in the South Memphis area. It was named for Bishop Thomas Sebastian Byrne, Bishop of the Nashville Diocese in the early 20th century.
