Djurgården will in the 2007 season compete in Allsvenskan and Swedish Cup. The gold medal was a battle between Djurgården and IFK Göteborg. Since Djurgården lost last round against Brommapojkarna and Göteborg beat Trelleborgs FF, Göteborg was the new champion. Djurgårdens IF Fotbollsförening – commonly known as Djurgårdens IF, Djurgården Fotboll (official name), Djurgården (), and (especially locally) Djurgår'n (), Dif or DIF – is a Swedish professional men's association football department of its parent association Djurgårdens IF. Founded 1891 on the island of Djurgården, the club's home ground is 3Arena_(Stockholm), 3Arena, situated in the Johanneshov district of Stockholm. Competing in the highest Swedish tier, Allsvenskan, the club has won the List of Swedish football champions, national title twelve times and the Svenska Cupen five times. Sölvi Ottesen
Sölvi Geir Ottesen Jónsson (born 18 February 1984) is an Icelandic former footballer and current manager, who played as a centre back; he earned 28 caps for the Iceland national football team. He is currently the manager of Icelandic team Vikingur Reykjavík. Sölvi is among the most decorated Icelandic professional footballers ever. In his professional career, Sölvi picked up seven titles. Mikael Dahlberg
Mikael Andreas Dahlberg (born 6 March 1985) is a Swedish former footballer who played as a striker. Dahlberg began his career in Mariehem SK from Umeå. He moved to GIF Sundsvall in the 2004 season and made his Allsvenskan debut against Örebro SK on July 18, 2004. Dahlberg was capped 61 times, scoring 10 goals before moving to Djurgårdens IF in 2007. Stefan Batan
Stefan Batan ( ;born 20 March 1985) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a defender. Career Batan began his career at Assyriska Föreningen. He made his first appearance in the first-team squad in Superettan during the 2003 season. Assyriska was promoted to Allsvenskan in 2004, and Batan made his Allsvenskan debut against Hammarby IF on 11 April 2005. Markus Johannesson
Markus Johannesson (born 29 May 1975) is a Swedish former football defender and football commentator. Career Johannesson started his career at Rölanda IF, but moved on to Eds FF and IK Oddevold before he was signed by Örgryte IS in 1997. In 2004, Johannesson left Örgryte IS for Djurgårdens IF. He won The Double with Djurgården in 2005 and was also the captain of the team. He has been capped five times and scored one goal for the Sweden national team. He was later on the 2009 season on the bench for Kebba Ceesay. But later on he took back his place but then as a defensive midfielder where he used to play with Örgryte IS. Pa Dembo Touray
Pa Dembo Touray (born 31 March 1980,), is the goalkeeper coach of Prespa Birlik. He is a former Gambian football goalkeeper and national team player for Gambia. Club career Touray, an English spelling of the name "Touré", began his footballing career with Real de Banjul F.C. in Gambia. In 2000, he moved to Stockholm in Sweden to play for Djurgårdens IF in the highest domestic league, Allsvenskan. Kebba Ceesay
Kebba Ceesay (born 14 November 1987) is a Gambian former professional footballer who played as a defender. He also holds Swedish nationality. Career Ceesay joined Djurgården from IK Brage at the start of the 2007 season, and made his Allsvenskan debut for Djurgården in the Stockholm derby against Hammarby IF on 13 August 2007. Mattias Jonson
Olof Mattias Jonsson (; born 16 January 1974) is a Swedish former professional footballer who played as a winger. Daniel Sjölund
Henrik Daniel "Daja" Sjölund (born 22 April 1983) is a Finnish football coach and a former footballer who played as a midfielder. Sjölund is currently working as an assistant coach of Veikkausliiga club IFK Mariehamn. He is best remembered for his stints with Djurgårdens IF and IFK Norrköping. Jones Kusi-Asare (born 21 May 1980) is a former professional footballer who played as a forward. Born in Ghana, he represented Sweden at youth level. Jan Tauer (born 26 August 1983) is a German former professional footballer who played as a defender. Career Tauer was born in Düsseldorf. He joined Djurgårdens IF from Eintracht Braunschweig at the start of the 2007 season, and made his Allsvenskan debut for Djurgården against IF Brommapojkarna.
