The 2006–07 Coca-Cola Tigers season was the 5th season of the franchise in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The season was notable for drafting Green Archer Joseph Yeo. Binky Favis
Vincent Kenneth "Binky" Marasigan Favis (born November 22, 1969) is a Filipino former professional basketball head coach, businessman, and politician. Coaching career He was also a former player of the UST Growling Tigers and was an assistant coach of the 1993 squad, which swept the University Athletic Association of the Philippines men's basketball tournament, he also stayed until 1997. In 1995, he coached the Tiger Cubs, until 1999. Favis is a former coach of the Letran Knights in the NCAA leading them to a title in 1999. He also coached in Philippine Basketball League for several teams. In 2000, he was hired by Chot Reyes as an assistant coach for Pop Cola Panthers. When Pop Cola was sold to Coke Philippines in 2001, he stayed to be an assistant coach for Coke Tigers and won two PBA championships. Chris Pacana
Ernani Christopher Mendoza Pacana III (born December 24, 1981) is a Filipino former professional basketball player. He was the fifteenth draft pick of the Coca-Cola Tigers in 2006. He played for the Barangay Ginebra Kings from (2007–2009) where he was one of the factors of their championship run in the 2008 PBA Fiesta Conference. He was then signed by the Sta. Lucia Realtors and later the Meralco Bolts. College career After acquiring his Filipino passport in 2003, Pacana came over from Concordia University in the Golden State Athletic Conference to play for the St. Francis of Assisi Doves in the National Capital Region Athletic Association (NCRAA). The 2006–07 Air21 Express season was the 5th season of the franchise in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). The season was notable for drafting future superstar Arwind Santos. In the Philippine Cup, the Express finished in the wildcard round-robin, and ended up against Sta. Lucia Realtors in a knock-out match for final quarterfinal slot, but lost. Richie Ticzon
Richard Anthony "Richie" Ticzon (born September 8, 1971 in Pasig) is a Filipino former professional basketball player and coach. Nicknamed The Velvet Touch for his outside shooting, Ticzon played college ball at the Ateneo de Manila University. Playing career He was selected fourth overall by Pepsi Mega in the 1994 PBA draft. Ticzon was immediately traded to Purefoods along with second round picks in 1995 and 1996 for Dindo Pumaren and Dwight Lago. At Purefoods, he was reunited with his Ateneo coach, Chot Reyes. Boybits Victoria
Emmanuel "Boybits" Victoria Jr. (1972/1973 – March 1, 2023) was a Filipino professional basketball player. Career Victoria played for the RFM and San Miguel franchise teams when he was plying in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Prior to entering the PBA, he was a player for the San Beda Red Lions in college. Swift and Sunkist Victoria entered the PBA through the 1994 draft where he was selected by the RFM franchise team, then-named the Swift Mighty Meaties (later Sunkist Orange Juicers/Bottlers), as the third overall pick. He helped the team clinch the 1995 All-Filipino and Commissioner's Cup titles. Ramon "Mon" Jose is a Filipino basketball coach who serving as one of the three assistant coaches under Chito Victolero of the Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots in the PBA. Hector Calma
Hector Calma (born March 2, 1960) is a Filipino former professional basketball player. At 5 feet and 8 inches, he played at the point guard position and was most notably associated with the San Miguel Beer team of the Philippine Basketball Association. Collegiate and pre-PBA career Calma first became known on the collegiate basketball scene as a point guard of the Adamson Falcons, which played in the UAAP. Calma was a member of the Adamson team which in 1977 captured for the first time the UAAP Men's Basketball Championship, a feat which the university has yet to accomplish again. Calma attained further prominence as a member of the national team which qualified for several international tournaments during the 1980s, under the patronage of Danding Cojuangco and the guidance of coach Ron Jacobs.
