The 2006–07 Barangay Ginebra Kings season was the 28th season of the franchise in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Jong Uichico
Joseph Enrique "Jong" Floro Uichico (born July 15, 1962) is a Filipino professional basketball coach who is currently serving as the head coach of NLEX Road Warriors in the Philippine Basketball Association. Uichico is a former Philippine national team Youth member and a former player and head coach of the La Salle Green Archers in the UAAP before replacing Ron Jacobs as SMB coach in 1999. Uichico was coach of the San Miguel Beermen from 1999–2006, leading the Beermen to six PBA championships. Basketball career Uichico played for the La Salle Green Archers in the collegiate ranks. He was a member of the 1982 RP Youth Team that won the ABC Under-18 Championship. Juno Sauler
Marco Januz "Juno" Sauler (born March 5, 1973) is a basketball coach and former basketball player from the Philippines. He was a former head coach of the De La Salle University Green Archers, a collegiate team in the UAAP. Sauler is currently part of coaching staff of the Magnolia Chicken Timplados Hotshots in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) and the University of Santo Tomas Men's Basketball Team in the University Athletic Association of the Philippines (UAAP). Early years and playing career Sauler was born in Baguio on March 5, 1973. His father, Jun, had also played collegiate varsity basketball and is credited with teaching his son the game. Mark Macapagal
Mark P. Macapagal (born September 20, 1979 in Pampanga) is a Filipino former professional basketball player and politician. He last played with the Meralco Bolts. He plays the shooting guard and small forward positions. Basketball career After playing in Ginebra where he impressed many with his good outside shooting, Macapagal was involved in a four-team trade that sent him to Coca-Cola. In the 2009–10 season, he stepped up as the primary scorer for the Coca-Cola Tigers as he averaged 11 points, 1.8 rebounds, 1.9 assists in 25.5 minutes. The Alaska Aces were a professional basketball team in the Philippine Basketball Association since 1986 PBA season, 1986 under the ownership of Alaska Milk Corporation (AMC) and the owner of 14 PBA championships, tied with the Magnolia Hotshots for the third-most titles overall. They were one of the most popular teams in the league and the Philippines. Cabagan, Isabela
Cabagan, officially the Municipality of Cabagan (; ; ), is a municipality in the province of Isabela, Philippines. According to the 2020 census, it has a population of 53,897 people. Sunday Salvacion (born December 17, 1978) is a Filipino former professional basketball player. He played the small forward and shooting guard positions. Salvacion played college basketball for the De La Salle–College of Saint Benilde (DLS-CSB) Blazers before spending twelve years in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA). Salvacion also played in the ASEAN Basketball League (ABL) and the Maharlika Pilipinas Basketball League (MPBL). The Powerade Tigers were a professional basketball team that played in the Philippine Basketball Association from 2002 to 2012. The franchise was owned by Coca-Cola Bottlers Philippines, Inc. Cuneta Astrodome
Cuneta Astrodome, also known as Pasay Astrodome or simply the Astrodome, is an indoor arena located in Pasay, Philippines. Barako Bull Energy Boosters
The Barako Bull Energy Boosters were a professional basketball team of the Philippine Basketball Association owned by the Photokina Marketing Corporation. They entered the league in 2000, after a successful stint in the semi-professional Philippine Basketball League during the late 1990s. Under the name Agfa Color, the team won a championship in 1996. It was originally known as the Red Bull Barako before the team announced its name change. Barako Bull has won two Commissioner's Cups, in 2001 and in 2002 and the 2006 Fiesta Conference. Eric Conrad Padua Menk (born August 24, 1974) is a Filipino-American former professional basketball player who played in the Philippine Basketball Association (PBA) and the ASEAN Basketball League. Known as Major Pain, Menk is a four-time PBA champion and was the 2004–05 PBA Most Valuable Player. Menk had played for the Barangay Ginebra franchise for twelve seasons before being waived and signed by the San Miguel Beermen of the ASEAN Basketball League. The Barako Bull Energy were a Philippine Basketball Association that began in 2002 as the FedEx Express. From its first season until 2005, the team was dubbed as the FedEx Express before changing to Air21 Express. From the 2009 PBA Fiesta Conference until the 2009–10 PBA Philippine Cup, it became known as the Burger King Titans.
