The 2006 CONCACAF Women's Gold Cup was the seventh edition of the CONCACAF W Championship, CONCACAF Women's Gold Cup, and also acted as a qualifier tournament for the 2007 FIFA Women's World Cup. The final tournament took place in the United States between November 19 and 27, 2006.Women's Gold Cup

Maribel Domínguez Castelán (born 18 November 1978) is a Mexican former Association football, footballer who was the captain of the Mexico women's national football team.
