2003 UEFA Regions' Cup
The 2003 UEFA Regions' Cup was the third UEFA Regions' Cup. It was held in Germany and won by the '' Piedmont–Aosta Valley'' team from Italy, which beat France's ''Maine'' 2–1 in the final. Tallinn () is the most populous and capital city of Estonia. Estonian Football Association
The Estonian Football Association (EJL; et, Eesti Jalgpalli Liit) is the governing body of football, beach soccer and futsal in Estonia, established on 14 December 1921. It organizes the football league, including the championship which is called Meistriliiga, Estonian Cup and the Estonian national football team. It is based in Tallinn. EJL became a member of FIFA in 1923, but following Estonia's annexation by the Soviet Union it was disbanded. It became a member again in 1992 after Estonia reinstated its independence. Kent County League
The Kent County League is a football competition based in Kent, England. The league has seven senior divisions – a Premier Division, Division One East and West, Division Two East and West and Division Three East and West. It sits below the Southern Counties East League Division One (step 6 of the National League System) since the 2016–17 season. Previously it fed the Kent Invicta League from the Invicta League's formation in 2011 to its merger with the Southern Counties East League in 2016.
