1999–2000 Idaho Vandals Men's Basketball Team
The 1999–2000 Idaho Vandals men's basketball team represented the University of Idaho during the 1999–2000 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. Members of the Big West Conference, the Vandals were led by third-year head coach David Farrar and played their home games on campus at the Kibbie Dome in Moscow, Idaho. Lawlor Events Center is northern Nevada's largest multi-purpose arena. It is located in Reno, Nevada at the intersection of North Virginia Street and 15th Street on the University of Nevada, Reno campus. The 2000 Big West Conference men's basketball tournament was held March 9–11 at Lawlor Events Center in Reno, Nevada. Utah State defeated in the championship game, 71–66, to obtain the second Big West Conference men's basketball tournament championship in school history. Long Beach State 49ers Men's Basketball
The Long Beach State Beach men's basketball team represents California State University, Long Beach in Long Beach, California. The school's team competes in the Big West Conference. Because they won the 2024 Big West Conference men's basketball tournament, the team received an automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA Division I men's basketball tournament; the last time Long Beach State competed in this tournament was 2012. Christopher Paul Jans (born April 12, 1969) is and American college basketball coach who is currently the head coach of the Mississippi State Bulldogs men's basketball, Mississippi State Bulldogs men's basketball team.
