Anastasija Steinbeck, née Ryzhikh (born 19 September 1977 in Omsk) is a Russian-born German pole vaulter. She is the older sister of fellow pole vaulter Lisa Ryzih. Balian Buschbaum (born 14 July 1980) is a former German pole vaulter. Life and career Buschbaum competed in women's pole vaulting before his gender transition, winning the title of German Youth Champion multiple times. Þórey Edda Elísdóttir
Þórey Edda Elísdóttir (born 30 June 1977 in Reykjavík) is an Icelandic former pole vaulter. Her personal best is 4.60 metres, achieved in July 2004 in Madrid. Kellie Suttle (born May 9, 1973, in Saint Peters, Missouri) is a retired female track and field athlete from the United States, who competed in the pole vault event. A two-time Olympian (2000 and 2004), she won the silver medal at the 1999 Pan American Games in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada and the silver at the 2001 World Indoor Championships. Daniela Bártová-Břečková () (born 6 May 1974) is a retired Czech athlete. She was born in Ostrava. Originally a gymnast, her coach persuaded her to be a pole vaulter. She set nine world records in the mid-1990s, but she lost it on 4 November 1995 to Sun Caiyun and was unable to recapture it. Her personal best is 4.51 m (Bratislava, Slovakia, 9 June 1998).
