The 1994–95 EHF Women's Champions League was the second edition of the modern era of the 1961-founded competition for European national champions women's team handball, handball clubs, running from 7 October 1994 to 7 May 1995. 1993–94 EHF Women's Champions League, Defending champion Hypo Niederösterreich defeated Podravka Koprivnica in the final to win its fourth title in a row, an overall sixth. While RK Lokomotiva, Lokomotiva Zagreb had reached the competition's final in 1975, Podravka became the first Croatian team to attain this representing Croatian independence referendum, 1991, independent Croatia as Croatian War of Independence, war approached its end.List of finals

EHF Women's Champions League
The EHF Women's Champions League is the competition for the top women's team handball, handball clubs in Europe, organised annually by the European Handball Federation (EHF). It is the most prestigious tournament for clubs, with the champions of Europe's top national leagues participating. Tournament structure Each year, the EHF publishes a ranking list of its member federations. The first 27 nations are allowed to participate in the tournament with their national champion. The national federations are allowed to request extra places or upgrades from the EHF European League. The EHF Champions League is divided into five stages. Depending on the ranking of their national federation and of the criteria list, teams can enter the competition in either qualification or the group phase.
