PAOK FC
PAOK FC (, ), short for "Pan-Thessalonian Sports club, Athletic Club of Constantinople, Constantinopolitans" (), and commonly known as PAOK Thessaloniki, PAOK Salonika or simply PAOK, is a Greek professional Association football, football club based in Thessaloniki, Macedonia (Greece), Macedonia, Greece. PAOK are one of the top domestic clubs, the most widely supported in Northern Greece. Nikos Karageorgiou
Nikos Karageorgiou (; born 8 December 1962) is a Greek professional football manager and former player. Club career Karageorgiou began his football career at his local village football club Aetos Eratino, before he was transferred to the region's prestigious club Kavala in 1981. He played for his hometown club for 5 years, and was subsequently transferred to PAOK in 1986, where he played for an additional 5 seasons. In 1991, Karageorgiou moved to Panathinaikos, where he won the Greek Cup in 1993, during his last season with the club. Makedonikos B.C., full name Makedonikos Neapolis B.C. ( Greek: Μακεδονικός Νεάπολης K.A.E.) is a Greek professional basketball club. The club is located in Neapoli, Thessaloniki, Greece. Stefanos Borbokis (; born 1 September 1966) is a Greek former footballer. He is the brother of Vassilis Borbokis who also played for PAOK FC. Club career Borbokis began his career at PAOK FC in 1986 and became an influential part of the team playing 214 Alpha Ethniki games and scoring 32 goals. The 1987/88 season was by far his best season scoring 10 goals helping PAOK finish 3rd. That season he scored a goal in a 3–1 win against arch city rivals Aris FC, another goal in a 4–1 win against Panathinaikos and a double in a 6–1 win against Olympiakos (PAOK's biggest ever victory against the reds). Giannis "Johnny" Anastasiadis (Greek: Γιάννης "Τζόνι" Αναστασιάδης; born 13 August 1968 in Melbourne, Australia) is a former Australian soccer player who spent the majority of his career playing for Greek club PAOK FC. Michael Anthony Small (born 2 March 1962) is an English former professional footballer who played as a forward. Playing career Small began his professional career with Luton Town and made three substitute appearances for them in 1981–82. After a stint on loan at Peterborough United, Small played in Belgium with Standard Liège, the Netherlands with Vitesse Arnhem, NAC Breda and Go Ahead Eagles, and in Greece with PAOK. Georgios Toursounidis (Greek: Γεώργιος Τουρσουνίδης; born 21 August 1970) is a retired Greek footballer. He played for PAOK and Xanthi. Toursounidis was born in 1970. He made 263 league appearances for PAOK, scoring 35 goals, and became a fan favorite due to his work ethic and obsession with the club. His most memorable game for PAOK was an away game against bitter rivals Aris Thessaloniki, with PAOK winning by a score of 4–0, when Toursounidis scored twice.
