PAOK FC (, ), short for "Pan-Thessalonian Sports club, Athletic Club of Constantinople, Constantinopolitans" (), and commonly known as PAOK Thessaloniki, PAOK Salonika or simply PAOK, is a Greek professional Association football, football club based in Thessaloniki, Macedonia (Greece), Macedonia, Greece. PAOK are one of the top domestic clubs, the most widely supported in Northern Greece. Aristarchos Fountoukidis
Aristotelis Fountoukidis (; 13 February 1942 – 7 July 2007) known mistakenly as Aristarchos Fountoukidis () was a Greek football defender. Fountoukidis was born in 1942 in Panteleimon, Kilkis. He started playing football at the age of 14 with Aris Panteleimon and in 1960 he moved to Apollon Kalamaria. In 1963 he transferred to MENT and from there he was acquired by PAOK in the summer of 1966, a move that was made possible thanks to the collaboration of PAOK administrative leader Giorgos Pantelakis with the team's coach Nikos Pangalos. Although he started his career as a center forward, at PAOK he established himself as a central defender and quickly became irreplaceable. Dimitris Paridis
Dimitris Paridis (; 20 September 1945 – 22 August 2015) was a Greek footballer who played as a forward. Career Paridis was born in Agios Andreas Kavala, to a family that hailed from Nicopolis in Pontus. He first started playing football for Keravnos Agios Andreas, a local football team in Kavala. In 1961, he debuted for AEK Kavala which later merged with other teams in that city to form Kavala. After two seasons in the Second Division he transferred to PAOK in the summer of 1968. He played with PAOK at 183 championship games scoring 49 goals. With PAOK he was won 2 Greek Cups (1972, 1974) and 1 Greek Championship (1976). He ended his career in 1977. Personal Paridis died after a long battle with cancer at age 69. The stadium of Agios Andreas Kavala is named in his honor. Kostas Orfanos
Konstantinos Orfanos (Greek: Κωνσταντίνος Ορφανός; born 22 August 1956) is a retired Greek footballer. Career He started his career at PAOK in 1975. He was a part of the team that won the Alpha Ethniki championship in 1976. In 1980, Orfanos joined PAOK's rivals Olympiacos winning three more championships in 1981, 1982 and 1983. He played for them until the summer of 1985 when he returned to PAOK. He ended his career in 1989 at Apollon Kalamarias. He played 394 league games. Panagiotis Kermanidis (Greek: Παναγιώτης Κερμανίδης; born 12 July 1950) is a Greek former football player and manager. Biography Kermanidis was born on July 14, 1950, in Zgorzelec, Poland from Greek political refugees and raised in Hungary. He played football in Kispesti Textil and later in MTK Budapest, until September 1973, when he was acquired by PAOK Thessaloniki. Stavros Sarafis (; 17 January 1950 – 13 October 2022) was a Greek international footballer who spent his entire career at PAOK, playing mainly as a midfielder and occasionally as a forward. Angelos Anastasiadis (; born 8 March 1953) is a Greek football manager and former international footballer. He previously coached numerous clubs in Greece including PAOK, Panathinaikos, Platanias and PAS Giannina as well as the Greece and Cyprus national teams.
