1968–69 Inter-Cities Fairs Cup
The eleventh Inter-Cities Fairs Cup was played over the 1968–1969 season. The competition was won by Newcastle United over two legs in the final against Újpest Újpest (; , ) is the 4th District in Budapest, Hungary. It is located on the left bank of the Danube River. The away goals rule is a method of tiebreaking in association football and other sports when teams play each other twice, once at each team's home ground.
