The 1968 European Cup Winners' Cup Final was the final football match of the 1967–68 European Cup Winners' Cup and the eighth European Cup Winners' Cup final. It was contested between Milan of Italy and Hamburg of West Germany, and was held at Feijenoord Stadion in Rotterdam, Netherlands. Milan won the match 2–0 thanks to two goals by Kurt Hamrin. Nevio Scala (; born 22 November 1947) is an Italian football sporting director, coach and former player. Roberto Rosato (; 18 August 1943 – 20 June 2010) was an Italian footballer, who played as a defender. A strong, hard-tackling, and reliable centre-back, he is regarded as one of Italy's greatest defenders. Karl-Heinz Schnellinger (31 March 1939 – 20 May 2024) was a German association football, footballer who played as a defender (association football), defender. Angelo Anquilletti (; 25 April 1943 – 9 January 2015) was an Italian football defender.
