The XI Conference of Heads of State and Government of the CPLP ( pt, XI Conferência de Chefes de Estado e de Governo da CPLP), commonly known as the 11th CPLP Summit (''XI Cimeira da CPLP'') was the 11th biennial meeting of heads of state and heads of government of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries, held in Brasília, Brazil, on 31 October-1 November 2016. Brasília
Brasília (; ) is the federal capital of Brazil and seat of government of the Federal District. The city is located at the top of the Brazilian highlands in the country's Central-West region. Murade Isaac Murargy (born 10 May 1946) is a Mozambican statesman who served as the Executive Secretary of the Community of Portuguese Language Countries, from 2012 to 2017. Career Murargy was previously the Mozambican ambassador to France, Brazil, and UNESCO. Murargy also served as the Secretary-General of the Presidency of Joaquim Chissano, between 1995 and 2005.
