Ã…pen Post
''Åpen Post'' was a Norwegian sketch comedy television program that ran on the Norwegian state channel NRK from 1998 till 2002. It was created and hosted by Harald Eia and Bård Tufte Johansen. The show started in a talk show format with interviews and guests but later leaned more towards being a pure sketch show. The show became one of Norway's most popular TV productions though it was the center of criticism due to controversial episodes such as Bård Tuft Johansens "Chicken stunt", involving the then Norwegian Labour Party leader Thorbjørn Jagland. Harald Eia
Harald Meldal Eia (born 9 February 1966) is a Norwegian comedian, and sociologist. In recent years, Eia has also made TV-documentaries and written books. Eia became a household name in Norway in the mid-90s and has since then been one of country´s most well-known comedians. Life and career Eia was born in Bærum. He graduated with a Candidate's degree in sociology at the University of Oslo in 1992, with the thesis ''Lidende ledere og kompetente kalkulatører. Næringslivsfolks symbolske kamper'', which in English translates as ''Suffering leaders and competent calculators. The symbolic struggles of business people.'' BÃ¥rd Tufte Johansen (born 19 June 1969 in Skien) is a Norway, Norwegian comedian. Together with Harald Eia, he has authored and participated in several successful Norsk Rikskringkasting, NRK TV series, such as ''U:Natt'' (1994), starring with Monotelevision, ''Lille Lørdag'' (1995), ''Ã…pen post'' (1998–2002), ''Uti vÃ¥r hage (TV series), Uti vÃ¥r hage'' (2003), ''Team Antonsen'' (2004), ''Tre brødre som ikke er brødre'' (2005), ''Ut i vÃ¥r hage 2'' (2008) and ''Storbynatt'' (2010). In 2004–2005 Johansen and Eia had a radio-show called ''Tazte priv''. In 2003 Johansen starred in the Norwegian movie ''Lille Frøken Norge''. He has also done stand-up comedy. Sketch comedy comprises a series of short, amusing scenes or vignettes, called "sketches" or, "skits", commonly between one and ten minutes long, performed by a group of comic actors or comedians. Thorbjørn Jagland
Thorbjørn Jagland ( né Johansen; , 5 November 1950) is a Norwegian politician from the Labour Party. He served as the secretary general of the Council of Europe from 2009 to 2019. He served as the prime minister of Norway from 1996 to 1997, as the minister of Foreign Affairs from 2000 to 2001 and as the president of the Storting from 2005 to 2009. ''Uti vÃ¥r hage'' (, named after a folk song) was a Norwegian sketch comedy television program which had two different runs on TV in 2003 and 2008 on the Norwegian state channel NRK. The show starred the three well-known comedians: Atle Antonsen, Harald Eia and BÃ¥rd Tufte Johansen. The format of the show was one main storyline that would gradually branch off into several separate minor storylines. Two series of the show have been produced, and the second series carries the title ''Uti vÃ¥r hage 2''. ''Team Antonsen'' is a Norwegian sketch comedy television program, which originally aired in spring 2004 on the Norwegian public channel NRK. The show consisted of four well-known comedians: Atle Antonsen, Harald Eia, Bård Tufte Johansen and Kristopher Schau performing various sketches.
