Ángel Martínez Cervera (born 31 January 1986), known simply as Ángel, is a Spanish retired professional Association football, footballer who played as a midfielder. He began his career with RCD Espanyol, Espanyol, appearing in 59 competitive games and reaching the 2007 UEFA Cup final. Subsequently, he played in England, starting out at Blackpool F.C., Blackpool for whom he signed in 2011. Girona
