'Ala' Al-Din Al-Bukhari
Ala' al-Din al-Bukhari ( ar, علاء الدين البخاري), was a Hanafi jurist ( faqih), Maturidi theologian, commentator of the Qur'an (mufassir), and a mystic (Sufi). Sa'id Foudah suggest that he followed the Naqshbandi path. He is perhaps best known for issuing a fatwa (a legal ruling) whereby anyone that gives Ibn Taymiyya the title "Shaykh al-Islam" is a disbeliever, and authored a book against him entitled "Muljimat al-Mujassima" ( ar, ملجمة المجسمة, lit=Curbing the Anthropomorphists). Ibn Nasir al-Din al-Dimashqi (d. 846/1438) countered this fatwa by authoring ''Al-Radd al-Wafir 'ala man Za'am anna man Samma Ibn Taymiyya Shaykh al-Islam Kafir'' ( ar, الرد الوافر على من زعم أن من سمى ابن تيمية شيخ الإسلام كافر), in which he listed all the authorities who had ever written in praise of Ibn Taymiyya or called him Shaykh al-Islam. Transoxiana
Transoxiana or Transoxania (Land beyond the Oxus) is the Latin name for a region and civilization located in lower Central Asia roughly corresponding to modern-day eastern Uzbekistan, western Tajikistan, parts of southern Kazakhstan, parts of Turkmenistan and southern Kyrgyzstan. Tafsir ( ar, تفسير, tafsīr ) refers to exegesis, usually of the Quran. An author of a ''tafsir'' is a ' ( ar, مُفسّر; plural: ar, مفسّرون, mufassirūn). 'Abdullah Al-Harari
Abdullah ibn Muhammad ibn Yusuf Al-Harariyy ( ar, عبد الله بن محمَّد بن يوسف بن عبد الله بن جامع الشَّيبي العبدري الهرري) (1906) – September 2, 2008) was a Harari muhaddith and scholar of Islamic jurisprudence. He lived and taught in Beirut, Lebanon, and was the founder of Al-Ahbash, a Sufi religious movement. History Al-Harariyy was born in 1906 in Harar, Ethiopia. Badr Al-Din Al-'Ayni
Abū Muḥammad Maḥmūd ibn Aḥmad ibn Mūsā Badr al-Dīn al-ʿAynī, often quoted simply as al-'Ayni ( ar, بدر الدين العيني, Badr al-ʿAynī; born 762 AH/1360 CE, died 855 AH/1453 CE) was a Sunni Islamic scholar of the Hanafi madh'hab and the Shadhili tariqa. Ibn Hajar Al-'Asqalani
