Life

Fouéré was born in

, France. He fled the country after the

in 1945 and took Irish citizenship in the early 1950s. He founded the ''Parti pour l'organisation d'une Bretagne libre'' ("Movement for the Organisation of a Free Brittany"), and was one of the founders of the
