Ummak huriyya salad ( ar, امك حورية) is a salad made up of Carrot, carrots, Onion, onions, garlic, salt, Spice, spices, harissa, olive oil, Lemon, lemon juice and then decorated with parsley, Olive, olives and Egg as food, eggs.
