Green Bay Packers (second stint)

On March 22, 2018, the Green Bay Packers signed Williams to a two-year, $10 million contract that includes $4.75 million guaranteed and a signing bonus of $3.25 million. During the season, Williams switched to free safety. Williams started seven games, and totaled 39 tackles, one tackle for a loss, one quarterback hit, two interceptions, eight passes defensed, one forced fumble, and two fumble recoveries.

Green Bay Packers (third stint)

On January 21, 2021, the Green Bay Packers signed Williams to their practice squad. He was elevated to the active roster on January 23 for the NFC Championship Game against the
