Torqabeh and Shandiz County ( fa, شهرستان طرقبه شاندیز), formerly Binalud County, is located in Razavi Khorasan province, Iran. The capital of the county is Torqabeh. At the 2006 census, the county's population as a part of Mashhad County was 50,339, in 13,656 households. Retrieved 13 November 2022 It was separated from Mashhad County in the summer of 2008. At the 2016 census, the county's population was 69,640, in 21,861 households.
