The song was originally written with Vincent Pontare and Salem Al Fakir, but was meant to be a collaboration between

and Avicii, with Flowers providing the vocals. However, due to Flowers' dissatisfaction with the recording, Avicii brought on a different vocalist, Robbie Williams.
