Taftan taftoon ( fa, تافتون) or ( ur, ) is a leavening, leavened flour bread from Iranian cuisine, Iranian, Indian cuisine, Indian and cuisine of Pakistan, Pakistani cuisines.
It is made with Refined flour, milk, yoghurt, and eggs and baked in a clay oven.
