He promises to fulfill Qui-Gon's dying wish to train Anakin as a Jedi, with or without the council's blessing. Yoda proclaims Obi-Wan a Jedi Knight and reluctantly allows him to take Anakin on as his own Padawan. In '' Attack of the Clones'', set 10 years later, Obi-Wan is now a respected Jedi Knight and the master of Anakin Skywalker (
