Sharon Hom was born in Hong Kong

. She received her B.A. from Sarah Lawrence College and her J.D. from the New York University School of Law , where she was a Root-Tilden Scholar .

Hom has over 16 years of experience in U.S.-Chinese law training and legal exchange initiatives. She was a Fulbright Scholar
