Details of the project

The building consists of 24 floors and 2 underground floors, with a height of 117 meters and a roof terrace of 140 meters. The total area of the building is 13,000 square meters. Along with a two-storey underground parking, a new 26-storey building features a three-storey Podium, 18 open-type office floors, three technical floors, and a library, a museum, a conference hall for 200 people, meeting rooms, restaurants, etc. available. The building has a double façade. It is designed to meet the requirements of sustainability and energy efficiency, which takes into account the application of modern technological systems, as well as the concept of intellectual technological infrastructure, and meets the requirements of the Green Building category.
