As of the census of 2000, there were 83,103 people, 29,752 households, and 21,192 families residing within the MSA. The racial makeup of the MSA was 90.61% White (U.S. Census), White, 0.55% African American (U.S. Census), African American, 2.94% Native American (U.S. Census), Native American, 0.93% Asian (U.S. Census), Asian, 0.15% Pacific Islander (U.S. Census), Pacific Islander, 2.89% from Race (United States Census), other races, and 1.93% from two or more races. Hispanic (U.S. Census), Hispanic or Latino (U.S. Census), Latino of any race were 6.23% of the population. The median income for a household in the MSA was $34,455, and the median income for a family was $40,439. Males had a median income of $32,866 versus $22,263 for females. The per capita income for the MSA was $15,578.
