The area of Navalmoral includes remains from the Prehistoric and Roman (villas, bridges, temples etc.) ages. Navalmoral was founded in the late 14th - early 15th century as a communication hub. It became an autonomous commune in the 19th century. Navalmoral belongs to the natural ''
