Michele Bush-Cuke (born 3 October 1961) is a Cayman Islands, Caymanian long-distance track event, long-distance runner. She competed in the 10,000 metres at the 1987 World Championships in Athletics – Women's 10,000 metres, 1987 World Championships without reaching the final, and finished 52nd in the Athletics at the 1988 Summer Olympics – Women's marathon, women's marathon at the 1988 Summer Olympics. Her personal best marathon pace is 2 hours and 37 minutes. She graduated in 1979 from Rolling Hills High School.
