Present

The focus has shifted from "regular" department store to "specialty" department store. Its stores in Hong Kong, Beijing, and Shanghai, sell womenswear, menswear, shoes & accessories, lingerie, jewelry, cosmetics, and home & lifestyle goods from around the world. In 2004, Lane Crawford launched a new style of retail store at IFC Mall. In 2007, the company opened a freestanding "home store" at Pacific Place Mall, Hong Kong, and its first modern-day store in Seasons Place Mall, Beijing. Lane Crawford's buyers became participants in European

store was opened at Chengdu IFS. In 2014, after 21 years of service, the fashion director of Lane Crawford, Sarah Rutson, left the company. In 2020, the president of Lane Crawford, Andrew Keith, left the company after 9 years of service and was replaced by Blondie Tsang.
