Jeffrey Heaton (born 13 October 1943) is an English former professional rugby league footballer who played in the 1960s and 1970s who became a St Helens R.F.C. Hall of Fame inductee. He played at club level for St Helens R.F.C., St. Helens (List of St Helens R.F.C. players, Heritage No. 799) (two spells), Liverpool Stanley#Liverpool Stanley – 1934–1950 and the second Liverpool City – 1951–1968, Liverpool City/Liverpool Stanley#Huyton – 1968–1984, Huyton and Rochdale Hornets, as a , i.e. number 7.
