. After many successful years at the club, in 2009 he left the team to create a new club, FC TOKOTO, a college preparatory soccer academy. He now coaches a U-17 and U-16 team for Lions '82 SC a team based in the Rockford Illinois area.


Personal life

Tokoto's grandson, also named Jean-Pierre,''High school hoops superstar Tokoto is one that got away,'' Rockford Register Star, 31 January 2010, is a basketball player who was drafted in 2015 by the Philadelphia 76ers of the NBA.
