Plot

The film begins with Bapineedu a venomous contesting the city mayor elections. Gandhi Raju a labor union leader is his opponent whom Bapineedu slaughters by using his henchmen Ganapathi. Jailor Chakrapani catches and makes his prison. Chakrapani leads a very happy life with his wife Savitri, and daughters Jyothi and Bujji. The only thing that perturbs him is, that his son Raja is a vagabond which differentiates their paths and ignites conflicts. Raja falls for Vyjayanthi, daughter of Ankineedu the sidekick of Bapineedu. Now it's time for elections, Gandhi Raju's seat is allocated to his wife Kasthuri, whereas Bapineedu requires Ganapathi for rigging. Therefore, he moves to bribe Chakrapani to acquit Ganapathi, but he pulls catching his collar. Hence, Bapineedu reveals against Chakrapani. The election completes; before counting of ballots Bapineedu stratagems by replacing boxes, which is viewed by Gandhi Raju's daughter Lalitha. Thus, Bapineedu's son Vicky stabs her, but she escapes. During that plight, she is spotted by Raja and a Doctor, K. K. Rao, who first aid's her and asks Raja to immediately shift her to the hospital, but unfortunately, she dies in Raja's hands. Now Bapineedu indicts Raja, also manipulates the court by bribing the people, and Raja has been given the death sentence. The rest of the story is about how Chakrapani protects his son Raja and whether they would be able to find the witness, Dr.K.K.Rao.
