s and in showing evidence of propalinal chewing. The relationships of ''Ivanantonia'' are unclear. It was described as a ctenodactyloid. Hartenberger et al. suggested a potential relationship to the muroid '' Nonomys'' but declined to assign Ivanantoniidae to a suborder within Rodentia.
