The Instruch (Russian: Инструч; German: Inster; Lithuanian: Įsrutis; Polish: Wystruć) is a river in Russia's Kaliningrad Oblast. It develops northeast of Dobrovolsk

(formerly Pillkallen, Schlossberg between 1938-1946) and, along with the Angrapa River, forms the Pregolya
